Breathwork

When Cansu began exploring herself, the urge to follow her inner sense became the source of her journey. Born into a family of Sufi origin and musicians, she discovered the light that nourishes the heart. Living in India and Peru, she immersed herself in the spiritual depths of both Eastern and Western traditions while rooting in Anatolia.

Her encounter with Transformational Breath opened the door to higher levels of consciousness, and her work with sound at Svaram in Auroville introduced her to the healing wavelengths of vibration. She started to hold space for transmissions that healed genetic and karmic energies through Munay Ki and the wisdom of the Q'eros, weaving ancient traditions into her practice. She developed a new multidisciplinary breath training module called ”There is Life in Breath” and now offers teacher training programs, integrating Sufi practices such as whirling, connected conscious breathwork, and sound

Cansu continues to guide others as an instructor, retreat planner, and motivational speaker, creating ceremonial spaces where people can connect with their essence, transform their energy fields, and step into their full potential with authenticity.
