Who we are
Inner & Outer Journey, produced by ANQA, is the team behind this website and our journeys. When this page says “we”, it means us.
What we collect
Only what you give us in our forms: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and anything you choose to tell us, such as your company, group size or a message. We also keep a note that you agreed to hear from us, and the date.
Why we use it
- To answer your message or enquiry and, if you apply, to take you through the application.
- To add you to a waiting list and tell you when dates and details are ready.
- To send you updates and marketing about Inner & Outer Journey by email and WhatsApp, because you ticked the box to agree.
We do not sell your details.
Where it is kept
Your details are stored in our customer system, GoHighLevel. We use trusted services to run the website and to send emails and WhatsApp messages. They process your details only to help us do that.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it for the reasons above, or until you ask us to delete it or you unsubscribe from marketing.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply “stop” to our WhatsApp messages. You can also ask us directly.
- See, correct or delete your details. Tell us what you would like and we will do it.
- Withdraw your agreement. You can do this at any time, and it does not affect anything we did before.
